Te Rapa Primary school put on the “Jungle Book” as the school production this year. Miss D made it into the junior dance troup and is a “little monkey” – yes rather appropriate 
The first show was a matinee this afternoon. It was really well done and we thoroughly enjoyed the show and Miss D had great fun.
We were right up the back of the theatre, so quite happy with how the photos came out.
I suspect one wee monkey is going to be very, very, very tired, by Monday night
After one day back at school Miss D bought home some friends!!

So last night all the kids got treated!
Would you believe its easier to get a nit comb through Miss D’s hair than the boys!!!!!!
Well poor Rob as well. He has had two ones home from school for the past 3 days. This was Miss D Saturday afternoon after soccer……………….
He took them to the Doctor on Monday, and was told the cold was viral & to ride it out.
Miss D however, ended up on antibiotics anyway & looking like this…………
The bandaid on her leg is thanks to a bug bite,
We suspect it was a white-tail spider.
And her knee is thanks to a scooter fall and an allergy to Elastoplast! You’d think Mum would remember that one – but when you are trying to cover a big graze your revert to the big plasters!
Rob had to take her back to the Dr today to have the dressings changed – the photos are after 2.5 days of antibugs!!!! And Albie is also on antibugs – not for any wounds, but for the charming cough Rob took him to the Dr for on MONDAY!
ROLL ON SUMMER!!!!! And the end of winter ills!!!!!
